It is raining jobs in the employment fair going on at Gyan Bhawan in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Tuesday (26 May) was the second day of this fair. During that time there was a lot of enthusiasm among the youth about getting a job.
What is this event?
A three-day state level health and allied sector employment fair 2026 has been organized at Gyan Bhawan, Patna. This fair is completely based on health (medical) and its related fields. This grand employment fair was organized by ‘Bihar Skill Development Mission’ working under ‘Youth, Employment and Skill Development Department’. Its main objective is to provide a good platform to the youth of Bihar who want to make a good career in hospitals or health sector after studies.
So many youth got jobs on the second day
May 26 brought good news for thousands of families. On the second day of the fair, a total of 3659 youth were selected in various big companies and hospitals related to the health sector. Of the total 3659 youth who got jobs, 3050 are men and 609 are women. Companies like Medanta, Apollo, Paras, Ruban, Akhand Jyoti and Portia etc. participated in this job fair.
747 youth get opportunity to go abroad
Through this employment fair, youth got job opportunities in foreign countries also. Actually, 747 youth were selected to work at the international level.

Easy registration facility through QR code
This time the employment fair has been made very modern and simple. Many youth from different districts and far-flung villages of Bihar are reaching Patna in search of jobs. They do not have to stand in long lines for registration. QR code facility has been provided in the fair. The youth simply scan the QR code from their mobile and their registration is done easily.
International companies also gathered
Many well-known international organizations also set up stalls in this fair to provide employment abroad. These mainly include renowned organizations like Blue Seas Talent LLP, Magic Billion, 2 Comms Jobs Academy, Alpha Manpower, Care 24 and Ampersand International Mobility.
