While chasing the target of 223 runs against Punjab Kings, he scored 43 runs in 16 balls. His innings included five sixes and three fours. With these five sixes, he now has 99 sixes in T20. Vaibhav is just one step away from breaking the world record of hitting the fastest 100 sixes in T20.

New Delhi. Vaibhav Suryavanshi once again showed his “Vaibhav”. The 15 year old young player of Rajasthan Royals has made a habit of giving fast starts to his team. The same thing happened in the match against Punjab Kings on Tuesday. While chasing the target of 223 runs, Suryavanshi scored 43 runs in 16 balls. His innings included five sixes and three fours. Even though Vaibhav missed fifty in this innings, he is now close to a century due to which Kieron Pollard’s record is in danger.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi hit a total of 5 sixes against Punjab Kings. With these five sixes, he now has 99 sixes in 511 balls (27 innings) in T20. This youngster is now just one step away from breaking the world record of hitting the fastest 100 sixes in T20. This record is in the name of Kieron Pollard. He achieved this feat in 843 balls. Suryavanshi will definitely break this record, but the question is when.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi started his Indian Premier League career last season. At the age of just 14, he entered the tournament and became the youngest debutant. While playing against Lucknow Super Giants, he hit Shardul Thakur for a six on the first ball. Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who started the match with 955 runs in 25 T20 matches, became the youngest player to score 1000 runs in T20 cricket when he scored 45 runs at the age of 15 years and 29 days.
