New Delhi: After failing in three consecutive matches for Chennai Super Kings, Sanju Samson has made a strong comeback by scoring a century against Delhi Capitals. Before CSK, Sanju has also scored centuries for Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals in IPL. Apart from this, if we talk about KL Rahul, he has scored centuries for Punjab Kings, Lucknow Supergiants and Delhi Capitals in IPL.

CSK scored 212 runs with Sanju’s century.

Sanju Samson’s century in the match against Delhi Capitals helped CSK score a challenging score of 212 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. In the match, Delhi captain Akshar Patel asked CSK to bat first after winning the toss. CSK did not have a good start in batting and Ruturaj Gaikwad was out after scoring 15 runs in 18 balls, but after this, Ayush Mhatre, who came to bat at number three, along with Sanju worked to increase the run rate of CSK.

However, Mhatre’s pace slowed down a bit in the last over, due to which he was retired. Ayush Mhatre played an innings of 59 runs in 36. In this innings he also hit 4 sixes and 5 fours. Apart from this, Shivam Dubey contributed 20 runs in 10 balls for CSK. Shivam got 1 six and 2 fours in his account. While bowling for Delhi, captain Akshar Patel got the only wicket.
