New Delhi. After losing the first match in the Indian Premier League, Lucknow Super Giants owner Sanjeev Goenka appeared angry with captain Rishabh Pant. In the second match on Sunday against Sunrisers Hyderabad, he persevered through difficulties and led the team to victory. Owner Sanjeev looked very happy after the first win in the tournament. Chasing 160 runs at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, LSG won by five wickets. Captain Rishabh Pant played an unbeaten inning of 68 off 50 balls.
When Rishabh Pant hit the winning shot against Hyderabad, Sanjeev Goenka looked emotional. His eyes were filled with tears and he placed his hand on his chest and thanked God.
