A big change has been seen in Uttar Pradesh regarding the safety and respect of women. Now new rules are being implemented in dance classes, gyms, yoga centers, boutiques and many other places. While hearing the petition of a lawyer, the Women’s Commission has issued a total of 9 important instructions, the purpose of which is to make the environment more safe and reliable for women.
According to the new instructions, it will now be necessary to hire a female teacher to teach dance to girls. The Women’s Commission believes that this will provide a safer and more comfortable environment to the girl students.
Female staff necessary in gym, yoga and boutique also
Under the new rules, presence of female trainers and teachers will now be mandatory in gyms, yoga centers and theater arts centres. Along with this, a thorough verification of the trainer will also be done, so that any kind of irregularities can be avoided. Apart from this, it has been made mandatory to have female employees in boutiques and clothing shops where women’s clothes are made or measured.
Female staff required in school buses
In the new orders, major changes have also been made for schools. Now it is necessary to have female security personnel or female teachers in school buses. Its purpose is to further strengthen the safety of children, especially girls.
Identity card required upon entry
Now it will be necessary for every person coming to the gym and yoga center to give a copy of Aadhar card or identity card. With this, the records of people coming and going there will be kept safe and any suspicious activity can be stopped.
Emphasis on CCTV and security system
The Women’s Commission has clearly said that it will be necessary to install CCTV cameras and DVR systems in all coaching centres, gyms, yoga classes and boutiques. With this, any incident can be monitored and security will be strengthened.

What does the Women’s Commission say?
The Women’s Commission has sent these 9-point instructions to the Chief Secretary for implementation. The Commission says that this step is necessary to increase the safety, respect and confidence of women. Especially in those places where women go for training or work.
The decision came after the petition
This entire matter came to light after the petition of lawyer Praveen Fighter. During the hearing, the Women’s Commission considered all the aspects and then issued these instructions. The Commission believes that there should be clear rules regarding security in public and private training institutions.
