Tanya Singh recently shared a video on Instagram and told how she lost 15 kg while managing PMOS, that too without counting a single calorie. “I stopped worrying about calories,” he said. According to him, nutritionists told him that with PMOS there is no need to count every calorie, but it is more important to focus on providing proper nutrition to the body and eating a balanced diet.

What does Tanya eat throughout the day?
Tanya’s breakfast includes boiled eggs, egg bhurji, paneer bhurji and high protein curd with berries, which, being rich in protein, keeps the stomach full for a long time. For lunch, she has two ragi rotis, a bowl of dal, rajma or chickpeas, and vegetables like bottle gourd, zucchini or lady’s finger, which provides the right balance of protein, fiber and complex carbs. Evening snacks include roasted makhana, dark chocolate and berries, which help in controlling cravings. She completely skips carbs in dinner and instead has high protein food like tandoori chicken or tandoori prawns, which keeps her full till bedtime.

Tanya also told that she neither controlled portions nor spent time counting calories. His entire focus was on eating nutritious and balanced food.
