While hearing the petition of Sanjay Kapoor’s mother Rani Kapoor, the Supreme Court has issued notice to 22 parties including Priya Kapoor Sachdev and sought their answers.

It is being told that Rani Kapoor has demanded in her petition that any kind of interference in Sanjay Kapoor’s properties, estate and other assets should be banned. He says that as long as the entire matter is pending in the court, it is very important to keep the property safe. The petition also expressed apprehension that if the property is not preserved in time, there is a danger of it being scattered or misused.
Court gave notice to 22 people
Considering the seriousness of the matter, the Supreme Court has issued notice to 22 people including Priya Kapoor Sachdev and sought answers from them. However, during this period the court also advised both the parties to try to resolve the dispute through mutual consent and mediation. Rani Kapoor has also challenged the orders of Delhi High Court in her petition. He says that till now no concrete order has been issued by the High Court to keep the property and estate safe. For this reason he had to approach the Supreme Court.
