Indian Army Recruitment 2026: Under the Ministry of Defence, the Indian Army has issued a notification for recruitment to civilian posts. A total of 190 CSBO Grade-II posts will be filled through this recruitment. This recruitment has been issued by Indian Army Headquarters-2 Signal Training Center Panaji Goa. The special thing is that candidates from all over the country can apply for this recruitment. The application process has started from today i.e. 2nd May 2026 and candidates will be able to apply till 31st May 2026. Interested candidates will have to apply online through email. For this, first you will have to download the application form from the official website indianarmy.nic.in.
On how many vacancies will there be recruitment?
A total of 190 posts will be appointed under this recruitment drive. These include 94 posts of unreserved category, 22 posts of Scheduled Caste, 12 posts of Scheduled Tribe, 43 posts of OBC, 19 posts of EWS, 12 posts of disabled and 20 posts reserved for ex-servicemen.
What is the qualification for recruitment?
To apply for these posts, the candidate must have at least matriculation. Along with this, there should be at least 6 months experience of handling PBX i.e. telephone switch board. Before applying, candidates will have to carefully check all the necessary documents.
What will be the selection process?
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination. The exam will be of 100 marks, which will include special sections like General Intelligence, Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness, English and Reasoning. Candidates who qualify the written examination will be further called for practical test and interview, which will be of qualifying nature. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of written examination marks.

How can I apply?
To apply for this recruitment process, candidates will have to fill the application form in the prescribed format. This PDF form has to be filled correctly and emailed along with the required documents. While sending the application, Aadhar card, matriculation certificate, PBX experience certificate and other necessary documents will have to be added. Candidates have to send their application to sunshine.rise@nic.in email id. It is important to write your name along with CSBO Application in the subject of the email. Incomplete or applications sent after the last date will not be accepted. Candidates have also been advised to visit the official website and read the notification carefully before applying. Keep scanned copies of all documents ready in advance and fill all the details correctly while sending the email.
