Let us know whether they are good only in taste or they also have some nutritional benefits.
Why do children like mutton chops and nalli?
Children like this part of mutton more because the meat around the bones is very soft. The tube part is also considered very soft and calcium, phosphorus and healthy fats are found in it. These nutrients are considered helpful in the physical development of children, especially bone development. Apart from this, protein, zinc, iron and vitamin B12 are also present in good quantity in mutton, which are beneficial nutrients for both children and adults.

Make mutton chops like this, children will keep licking their fingers
Now let’s talk about how to make mutton chops at home so that children eat them with great gusto. For this, first of all marinate the mutton chops by applying curd, ginger-garlic paste, some lemon juice, turmeric, red chilli and garam masala for at least 1 to 2 hours. The longer the marination, the softer and tastier the meat will be.
After this, heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until it turns golden. Then add tomatoes and cook the spices well. Now add marinated mutton chops and cover and let it cook on low flame. By cooking on low flame, the meat becomes very soft and starts separating from the bone easily, due to which children do not face any problem in eating. Finally add green coriander and a little ghee on top. This enhances both its aroma and taste.
