In this innings, Sanju faced 56 balls, in which he also hit 15 fours and 4 sixes.
With this, Sanju Samson has become the first batsman to score a century as a wicketkeeper batsman for CSK in 19 years of IPL. In the absence of veteran MS Dhoni, Sanju is keeping wickets for CSK. Not only this, Sanju has also broken the record of Dhoni’s biggest innings for CSK as a wicketkeeper. Earlier, Dhoni had played an inning of 84 runs against Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2019.
