He did one such feat in the second season of IPL, which till date no one has been able to do it except him.
The second season of IPL was played in the year 2009 and at that time Yuvraj Singh was in the team Kings XI Punjab which has now become Punjab Kings. In that season, Yuvraj created a ruckus in batting for Punjab Kings. In the entire season, he had scored 340 runs with 2 half-centuries, but made a great record in bowling which has not been broken till date.

In IPL 2009, Yuvraj Singh had achieved the feat of taking hat-trick twice. Yuvraj Singh's first hat-trick came in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. In this hat-trick, Yuvraj completed his hat-trick by first dismissing Robin Uthappa, then Jacques Kallis and Mark Boucher. In the same season, he took his second hat-trick in the match against Deccan Chargers. In the match against Deccan, Yuvraj first dismissed Herschelle Gibbs, then Andrew Symonds and Venugopal Rao.
In this way, Yuvraj Singh became the first player in IPL history to take two hat-tricks in one season and this record has not been broken till date. The surprising thing is that in the year 2009, Yuvraj Singh bowled a total of 20 overs for Punjab and in that he took 6 wickets. He took these 6 wickets with both the hat-tricks.
