Yellow Sweat Stains: Yellow stains have appeared on the white shirt due to sweat, this thing will clean them completely.

How To Remove Yellow Sweat Stains From White Shirts: Almost everyone likes to wear a white shirt, but there is one problem which spoils its complete beauty, that is the yellow stains of sweat. These marks, especially around the underarms, sometimes become so stubborn that they do not go away even with normal washing. In such situations, people buy expensive stain removers, but still do not get the desired results. If your white shirt has yellow stains from sweat, then there is no need to panic. These stains can be easily cleaned with the help of some common things present in the house.

Why do yellow spots appear?

Many people think that sweat alone is the cause of these stains, but it is not so. When the salts and minerals present in sweat combine with the aluminum present in deodorant or antiperspirant, yellow marks start forming on the clothes. With time these stains become deeper.

Miracle of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda

A mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda is considered very effective in removing yellow stains on white clothes. For this, prepare a thick paste by mixing one-fourth cup hydrogen peroxide, one-fourth cup baking soda and a little water in a bowl. Now apply this paste on the stained area and rub it gently with the help of an old toothbrush or sponge. Leave the mixture on for about 30 minutes so that it can penetrate deep into the stains. After this wash thoroughly with cold or lukewarm water.

Vinegar and lemon are also effective

If you don’t have hydrogen peroxide, white vinegar can also be a good alternative. Apply vinegar on the stained area and leave it for about half an hour and then wash it as usual. At the same time, a paste prepared by mixing lemon juice and baking soda can also help in removing yellow stains. Apply it on the stain and leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it.

Keep these things in mind while washing clothes

After removing the stain, wash the cloth with normal detergent. Do not put the garment in the dryer until the stain is completely removed. It would be better to dry it in natural air. If a slight trace of the stain is still visible, the same process can be repeated again. Additionally, the sooner sweat stains are cleaned, the greater are the chances of their removal. Therefore, start cleaning as soon as the stain appears. With this, your white shirt can shine like new again and the worry of yellow stains can also be eliminated.
