WhatsApp iPhone users are in trouble! Now you can change Mic Mode in one tap during call

According to media reports, this feature has started appearing in some beta users of WhatsApp for iOS 26.27.74 and it is believed that the company may roll out this feature in the coming days. Let us tell you that after this new update, users will get the option to change the microphone mode on the WhatsApp call screen itself. This means that now users will not have any problem in changing the audio mode easily during WhatsApp calls.

Let us tell you that this feature will be completely based on Apple’s existing microphone technology. WhatsApp is not adding any new audio system to it but is making these features of iPhone available directly inside its app.

According to the information, through WhatsApp, users will get an easy way to use the already existing microphone processing features of iPhone. It will include four audio modes which include Standard, Voice Isolation, Wide Spectrum and Automatic. Let us tell you that these four modes can be used in different ways.

Apart from this, the special thing about this feature is that once a microphone mode is selected, the user will be able to make it the default. Unless the user changes the setting himself, the same mode will be used for every call. WhatsApp on Android has recently introduced AI based Noise Cancellation feature. On the iPhone, the company will use only Apple’s inbuilt audio processing system.
