Hardly anyone goes to Udaipur and does not see the City Palace. This palace built by Maharana Udai Singh is the most famous identity of the city. A beautiful view of Pichola Lake is visible from here. The light and sound show in the evening is also worth seeing. Apart from this, the experience of boat ride in Lake Pichola makes the journey more memorable. During the one-hour boat ride, one gets a spectacular view of the lake, ghat and Jagmandir Palace. If you take a boat ride in the evening, the view of the sunset looks even more beautiful. The traditional puppet show held at the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal is also very popular among the tourists.
