The 72nd National Film Awards have been announced this evening on Saturday. Out of this, many films caught everyone’s attention but Rajkumar Rao’s film ‘Kut’ won the big win. The film directed by director Tushar Hiranandani got the National Award for Best Hindi Film. ‘The entire team of the film is very happy with this win.’

Expressing his happiness, Rajkumar Rao said, ‘I am celebrating right now, it was my birthday just two days ago, I cannot get a better gift than this on my birthday.’
The film’s director Tushar Hiranandani has expressed his happiness on this victory and said that he still cannot believe that the film has received the biggest honor in the country. And he further said that I am not able to understand what to say, our film was not even nominated for any other major award, so getting the biggest award of the country is a big thing for me, it seems that our hard work has been successful and I am very happy with this.
Wife gave credit for victory to parents
Tushar thanked his wife Nidhi Parmar on this special occasion. He told that when no one was producing the film, his wife supported him and made the film.
Tushar Hiranandani said, ‘I want to thank my wife Nidhi Parmar, if she had not supported me, perhaps this film would not have been able to speak. And I want to dedicate this award to my parents. Sadly, they left this world before watching ‘Srikanth’.
The film is based on the true story of Srikant Bol.
Shrikant is a biopic film released in the year 2024, based on the real life of blind businessman and founder of Bolenta Industries, Shrikant Bol. Rajkumar Rao has played the role of Srikanth in the film. Jyotika has been seen in the role of his teacher and Alia F has been seen in the role of his girlfriend.
Tushar Hiranandani says that this is a true story. In such a situation, getting the National Award gives happiness that the film has been successful in conveying its message to the people.

Tushar wants to make a film like this
Tushar told that people liked the film ‘Srikanth’ very much in the theatres. He likes to make such films which inspire people to think good and move forward.
He said, it has been 2 years after Srikanth and I have not started my next film yet, I am still writing, I want to make films like this, when people remember me then do it for films like ‘Saand Ki Aankh’ and Srikanth.
