Match number-67 of IPL 2026 is today between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore. This match will be played at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium from 7:30 pm. Qualifier-1 is held between those teams which are on top-2 in the points table. The advantage of this is that these teams get 2 chances to reach the finals. The team that wins it directly enters the finals while the losing team plays Qualifier-2. The third and fourth placed teams reaching the playoffs play the eliminator, the winning team reaches Qualifier-2 and the losing team is eliminated.

If RCB wins

If Royal Challengers Bangalore wins today, they will have 20 points. Sunrisers Hyderabad will have only 16 points. For this reason, GT will play the qualifier match with RCB, who have 18 points. But if Sunrisers wins today, then the top-3 teams will have 18-18 points and the net run rate will decide who will be in the top-2. But Hyderabad’s net run rate is low, so today they need not just a win but a big win.

How big a win does SRH need?

If Sunrisers Hyderabad scores between 107 to 130 runs then they will have to win by 84 runs, this will make their net run rate better than GT. If SRH scores 156-179 runs then they will have to win by 86 runs. If the team scores 180 to 204 runs then it will have to win by 87 runs, if it scores 205 to 228 runs then it will have to win by 88 runs. If the score is 229 to 253 then Orange Army will have to win by 89 runs.

If Sunrisers Hyderabad chases the target then they will have to achieve the score of 100-162 in 11.1 overs and above in 11 overs.
