Samsung Upcoming Folding Phones: Now only a few days are left for Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event. This event will be held in London on July 22 and along with Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip, the company will also launch Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra for the first time. Samsung has not yet shared much information about these officially, but from teasers, leaks and reports it has been known what all will be available in them. When and where to watch Galaxy Unpacked event?
Samsung will launch these three phones on July 22. For this, an event has been organized in London on 22 July. It will start at 6.30 pm Indian time. It can be seen on Samsung’s website and YouTube channel.
Possible features of Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Fold 8 Ultra
Z Fold 8 is the next generation variant of the company’s traditional book style foldable phone. It can have a 7.6 inch inner and 5.5 inch cover screen. It will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Talking about battery, it is expected to get 4800mAh battery pack. Apart from this, this phone will get a new design hinge and its display crease will also be reduced. Many improvements will be seen in terms of software also.
Talking about Fold 8 Ultra, it is the company’s new addition in its foldable lineup. It is being brought to compete with the upcoming foldable iPhone. It will be launched with an 8-inch main display. It will be brought in a new form factor. While the length of Z Fold 8 will be greater, the width of Z Fold 8 Ultra will be greater. A new hinge will be seen to minimize the display crease. Samsung can equip it with a 5,000mAh battery.
Galaxy Z Flip 8
Z Flip 8 will come with Samsung’s familiar clamshell design and many cool upgrades. According to reports, its weight may be 180 grams and it will be slightly thinner than the current model. This phone will have a 4.1 inch OLED cover display and 6.9 inch OLED main display. In the case of camera, no upgrade is expected and 50MP+12MP+10MP sensors can be given in its rear like the current model.
How much can the price be?
The prices of the new foldable phones have not been announced yet by Samsung. According to reports, the starting price of Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra in India can be Rs 1,99,990, the starting price of Galaxy Z Fold 8 can be Rs 1,74,999 and the price of Galaxy Z Flip 8 can be Rs 1,19,999. Pre-reservation has started for these three phones in India.
