
Mango Pana is prepared from raw mango, which is rich in Vitamin C and many essential nutrients. It helps in reducing body heat and also improves digestion. Its special thing is that it does not require much ingredients to make it and it gets ready in less time. Therefore, drinking it daily in summer is considered very beneficial.

To make Mango Pana, first take 2 to 3 raw mangoes and wash them thoroughly. After this, put the mangoes in the cooker and boil for 2-3 whistles. When the mangoes cool down, remove their peel and separate the pulp. Now take out this pulp in a bowl and mash it well, so that there are no lumps in it.
