Leftover idli recipe: Idli is a very favorite food in South Indian food. People often like to eat it for breakfast and evening snack. Crunchy finger chips will be made in minutes
Cut the remaining idli into long stick slices. Sprinkle some water in it and apply cornflour, salt and black pepper. After this, fry in hot oil until it turns golden. Finally serve by sprinkling black salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder.
Idli pakoda will give new taste
Prepare the batter by adding salt, red chilli, turmeric and celery to gram flour. On the other hand, make spicy potato stuffing. Cut the idli into triangles and fill it with potato stuffing along with green and sweet chutney. Then dip it in gram flour batter and fry it on low flame till it turns golden.

Idli upma will be a quick breakfast
Heat oil in a pan. Fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, asafoetida and onion in it. Then add turmeric, salt, red chilli, some sugar, lemon juice and some water. Now add chopped idli and mix well. Sprinkle coriander, sev, onion, pomegranate arils and coconut powder on top and serve.
You will also get taste like dahi vada
Place the idli in a plate and pour whipped curd over it. Then sprinkle green chutney, sweet chutney, black salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and red chili powder. Finally garnish with coriander, green chilli, sev and anardana. Delicious Dahi Vada will be ready in a few minutes.
