New Delhi: Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh reached the world famous Khatu Shyam Temple to pay obeisance. Bhajji, who was doing commentary in IPL 2026, had darshan of Baba as soon as he got time. During this, he prayed for prosperity in the country. While appreciating the darshan arrangements, Harbhajan also praised the temple committee.

World famous Baba Shyam is called the support of the defeated. It is believed that any devotee who comes to Baba Shyam’s court and makes a wish gets fulfilled. Leaders, actors and players keep coming to this temple of Baba from time to time to bow their heads and make wishes. The video of Harbhajan reaching the temple is going viral on social media.

Earlier in March 2026 also, Harbhajan Singh had come to Khatu Shyam Temple, then Committee Minister Manvendra Singh Chauhan had welcomed him by draping him with a Shyam Dupatta and giving him a symbol, after this Harbhajan Singh had gone to Pujari House, where Kailash Pujari and Manan Pujari also welcomed him.

Know who is Baba Shyam
Baba Shyam is considered to be the incarnation of Lord Shri Krishna. During the Mahabharata war, Bhima’s grandson Barbarik was going to fight on behalf of the Kauravas, when Lord Shri Krishna, in the guise of a Brahmin, asked him to donate his head. Barbarik donated his head to Lord Krishna without hesitation. Pleased with this, Shri Krishna gave a boon that in Kaliyuga, he would be worshiped in the name of Shyam and he would become the support of the defeated people. Since then, Baba Shyam is worshiped among the devotees with the name of Haare Ke Sahaar.
