What are the things required to make jackfruit biryani?
To make Jackfruit Biryani, you need some simple but aromatic ingredients, which enhance the taste of this dish. It mainly requires chopped jackfruit and half cooked rice, which form the base of biryani. Along with this, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli and green coriander, spices like coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, red chilli powder and garam masala, as well as cashew nuts, almonds and saffron are required.
How to make jackfruit biryani at home?
1. To make jackfruit biryani at home, first heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions well until they become golden, then take them out and keep them aside.
2. Now add some oil in the same pan and fry the jackfruit well, until it becomes light golden, then take it out separately.
3. Now lightly fry cashews and almonds so that their taste increases.
4. Now add some oil in the pan and add roasted jackfruit in it. After this add fried onions. Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper, green chilli, saffron and salt. Mix everything well and then add ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice and mix.

5. Now add some water to it and let it cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes, so that the masala gets prepared well.
6. Now take a pan and first put a layer of rice in it, then a layer of jackfruit masala, now again rice and then masala, lastly add a layer of rice on top.
7. Now add saffron, cashew nuts and almonds, fried onion on top. Now cover the pan and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
8. When the biryani is ready, sprinkle green coriander on top and serve it hot.
