Due to the tremendous comic style of both the actors in the film, its sequel was also liked a lot. But then Paresh Rawal refused to be a part of ‘Hera Pheri 3’. Apart from this, Akshay’s production house had also sent a notice of Rs 25 crore to Paresh. However, the matter was resolved later.
But then Paresh did not even reach the trailer launch of ‘Welcome to the Jungle’. After which rumors had spread that there was some rift going on between Akshay and Paresh. Now Paresh himself has told each and every truth of these rumors and has revealed why he was not present at the trailer launch of Akshay’s Welcome to the Jungle.
Why did Paresh Rawal not attend the trailer launch of ‘Welcome to the Jungle’?
Actually, during a conversation with Vivek Lalwani, Paresh has revealed the real reason for his absence during the trailer launch of Welcome to the Jungle. Paresh was asked the question that why were you not there for the trailer of ‘Welcome to the Jungle’? In response, Paresh said, “Yes, I was not there because I was in Chandigarh at that time, Sunil Shetty was also not there. But later I was present here. When the trailer was launched again, I was there.”
Did Akshay not tell Sunil-Paresh about the trailer?
Paresh was again asked the question that rumors had spread that Akshay Kumar made the trailer and Sunil Shetty was not even informed about it. On this Paresh said, “But brother, as an actor I don’t need to know all this, and as a producer, if I am a producer then I don’t need to show you the trailer. There is no such authority that ‘Come, we have done this, why did my scene be included less in it?’ There is nothing like that.”
Is there an issue of Paresh’s comfort zone with Akshay?
After this Paresh was asked whether this was a recent incident that you were not on the trailer? On this the actor said, “No-no, not at all, first of all I am not interested in watching the trailer, I am not belittling or demeaning the film, but I am not interested. And secondly, if I am, I will come because this is a very big film, man. And there were two events of the trailer, one which was held in Yash Raj, I was not there then, but one event was held here, I was present there. I have been to the trailer launch many times, So the question is not there, so people make whatever comes to their mind. He likes some special people in his films. No one can deny him.

What did Paresh say when Akshay sent a legal notice of Rs 25 crore?
Paresh was also questioned about giving up the rigging. He was asked that it is said that you were not comfortable with Akshay Kumar and that whole controversy happened, you had left ‘Hera Pheri’. It was said that his production house had sent you a legal notice of Rs 25 crores.
On this, the actor clarified, “It is not at all a matter of not being comfortable with Akshay Kumar. These are some contractual obligations of those people. So if I do this, I should have the approval of Firoz (Feroze Nadiadwala), because he is the sole owner of this franchise.” He told that the rights of ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Awara Pagal Deewana’ and ‘Welcome’ are with Firoz Nadiadwala. He sent a legal notice. I said, no, I don’t want to get into this legal trouble, I don’t want to do this film, brother. “
