IRCTC Onam Vacation Special Golden Triangle Tour Package 2026: If you are planning to travel in the month of August, then this information is beneficial for you, because now you can travel to many parts of the country in less money. Actually, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has come up with a special tour package for the travelers planning to visit during Onam holidays. Under this package being launched under the name “Onam Vacation Special Tour – Golden Triangle with Ahmedabad and Statue of Unity”, tourists will be taken on a tour of many major cultural and tourist places of India.
When will this special journey start?
This journey will be organized through Bharat Gaurav Special Tourist Train. This journey of total 11 nights and 12 days will start on 22 August 2026. During the journey, tourists will be able to visit famous tourist places like Ahmedabad, Statue of Unity, Agra, Delhi and Jaipur. The package code of the tour has been kept as SZBG42. The train will depart from Trivandrum North and passengers will be able to board it from stations like Kollam, Chengannur, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Thrissur, Shoranur Junction, Kozhikode, Kannur and Mangaluru Junction.
Which places will you be able to visit?
During the yatra, a visit to Akshardham Temple, Adalaj Stepwell, Sabarmati Ashram and Rani Ki Vav will be taken in Ahmedabad. Apart from this, there will be an opportunity to see the Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue. Delhi includes Red Fort, Rajghat, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar and India Gate. A tour will be taken to Taj Mahal in Agra and Amer Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal in Jaipur.

Economy category fare starts from Rs 21,190 per person. The per person fee has been fixed at Rs 31,720 for Standard category, Rs 37,570 for Comfort category and Rs 52,870 for Superior category. Separate concessional rates have also been fixed for children.

What things are included in it?
The package includes train travel, hotel accommodation, local transport, vegetarian meals, travel insurance, tour escort, security arrangements and all applicable taxes. However, facilities like monument entry fees, personal expenses, room service, adventure activities and local guides will not be included in the package. LTC certificate will also be provided to the passengers interested in this tour after the completion of the journey, so that the eligible employees can avail its benefit.
