Who can apply?
To apply for recruitment to the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in DU), the candidate must have BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech or PhD degree from a recognized institute. Apart from this, there should be at least 8 years of work experience and it is also necessary to pass NET exam. If you have these qualifications, then you can apply for this recruitment.
What is the application fee?
To complete the application process, all the candidates are required to deposit the registration fee as per their category. In which general category candidates will have to pay Rs 2000, OBC, EWS and women candidates will have to pay Rs 1500, SC and ST category candidates will have to pay Rs 1000, while disabled candidates will have to pay Rs 500. This fee is deposited through online mode and the thing to be kept in mind is that the application form will not be accepted without fee payment, hence, definitely deposit the fee while applying.
How much salary will you get?
Candidates selected on these posts will be given good salary according to their post. In which, on becoming an Assistant Professor, one can get a salary of Rs 57,700 to Rs 1,82,400 per month, while an Associate Professor will be given a salary of Rs 1,31,400 to Rs 2,17,100 per month. If selected for the post of Professor, the monthly salary ranges from Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200.
