Rajeev Rai’s company Trimurti Films has filed a case against the production house and music company associated with ‘Dhurandhar 2’. In an interview with DNA India, Rajiv has alleged that no permission was taken from him before using the song in the film. Changing the song and putting it in the film is like ‘double theft’. He clearly said that this is not just the use of the song, but is taking unfair advantage of his hard work and creative work.
On the other hand, T-Series says that they have the music rights of the song, so they can use it. However, Rajeev Rai said that having music rights does not mean that the song can also be used in the scenes of the film. Neither permission was taken from them nor any credit was given to them, which is completely wrong.
