That means business chats will not be visible in the main inbox and only individual and group chats will be visible in it. According to reports, the company is currently working on this feature and it is not available for beta testing. It can be rolled out for testing in the next few weeks. This feature will bring a separate list for business chats on WhatsApp. With its help the user will be able to focus more on personal communication. Business chats will automatically be arranged in different sections 24 hours after they arrive in the WhatsApp inbox. The user will not need to do anything for this. This will provide great convenience to users receiving business messages throughout the day.

Information has been coming for a long time that a new subscription plan may soon be launched on WhatsApp, which will be known as WhatsApp Plus. Users taking subscription plans can get the option to pin extra chats.
