On some switch boards, ink marks, black stains or old stubborn spots remain, which are not easy to remove. In such a situation, you can apply a little nail polish remover on cotton or soft cloth and clean the stained area with gentle hands. The acetone present in it helps in removing tough stains. However, use it in very small quantities and test it at an inconspicuous place first, because excessive quantity can affect the finish of the plastic.

It is very important to take special care of safety while cleaning the switch board. Switch off the relevant power supply before starting cleaning. Always clean while standing at a dry place and with dry hands. Do not use wet clothes or excess water at all.
