Earlier, England had captured this record by hitting 25 sixes. England’s team is also at third place in this list. In 2019, 24 sixes were hit during England’s 418-run innings against West Indies.

Centuries by three batsmen created panic
Phil Salt, David Malan and Jos Buttler created a stir in the match for England by scoring explosive centuries, while Liam Livingstone also showed no mercy to the bowlers in the last overs. Salt played an innings of 122 runs in 93 balls, while Butler was the most aggressive. Keeping a strike rate above 200, he scored 162 runs in just 70 balls. David Malan played an excellent inning of 125 runs. Whereas, Livingston scored 66 runs at a strike rate of 300. The maximum number of sixes in the match came from Butler’s bat. He hit 14 sixes. Livingston hit 6, while Malan and Salt hit 3-3 maximums.
