At the same time, Pixel models sold in other countries support both Nano SIM slot and eSIM. That means users can use any option as per their need.
Why did Google do this

On the other hand, Sub-6GHz and Mid-band 5G networks are prevalent in most countries. For this reason, mmWave 5G support is not available in many international Pixel models. If a person buys a US Pixel to use in another country, he may not get the full benefit of all network features.
