Apple Smart glasses: Apple has been working on a smart glasses for some time. According to reports, many design options and unique camera systems are being tested for this. Through this product, Apple wants to give a tough competition to Meta, which remains the largest company in the smart glasses segment. Journalist Mark Gurman, who covers Apple, says that Apple Glasses will be designed for practical and daily use. These will not be fully AR glasses. This device will be able to do things like taking photos and videos, making calls, playing music and delivering notifications. If it does not have a display, it will depend on the iPhone for syncing. An advanced version of Siri will be available in it, due to which it will also be able to support context-aware feature.
How will be the design of Apple Smart glasses?
Apple has not yet taken any final decision regarding the design of smart glasses. Currently the company is testing four different designs. These include large rectangular frame designs, thin rectangular frames, large oval shaped or circular designs and small refined round frames. Also, different shades including black, ocean blue and light brown are being tested for this. It has been told in the report that Apple will use acetate material used in expensive eye wear. This shows that the company is paying full attention to build quality as well as aesthetics.
Camera system will also be different
Many companies including Meta use circular layout for the camera system in smart glasses. To look different from these, Apple is testing a camera system with a vertically oriented oval lens. There will be lights installed around it, which will turn on at the time of recording or taking photos.
Will support hands free interaction
It has been reported in the report that these smart glasses will support hands-free interaction. That means there will be no need to touch it to operate it. Apple will also use computer vision in this, which will provide contextual assistant by understanding the surrounding environment.
