PCOS taught skin care
Sara Tendulkar also told that she has been suffering from PCOS. Due to which he had to face problems like acne and oily skin. This experience made him understand that skin health is directly related to internal health. Sara is also very cautious about her diet. She keeps distance from processed, oily and high sugar foods. Apart from this, she considers strength training, good sleep and hydration very important for her skin. He believes that proper eating habits and adequate amount of water are clearly visible on the skin. Apart from this, Sara tells that instead of running after trends to get quick results, one should consult the doctor. She prefers science-based and clinically tested products, especially for her sensitive skin.
