Vinod Kambli’s condition is not improving

New Delhi: Former Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli is suffering from serious health problems. However, despite signs of improvement in his condition, his recovery is still incomplete. Meanwhile, Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has joined a WhatsApp group created by his close friends. The objective of this group is to provide financial and emotional support to Kambli.

Kambli’s old friend Marcus Couto took the initiative in which many former cricketers have now joined. While talking to ‘Hindustan Times’, Kuto also gave detailed information about this support system and Kambli’s current condition. He told that a WhatsApp group has been formed, in which the members are also helping him financially.

Vinod Kambli’s memory has become weak

Kuto further said that Kambli’s memory is not good, but it has not deteriorated much in the last six months. They do not remember much, but whenever something comes to their mind, they remember it, otherwise it becomes very difficult for them. Kambli’s condition still remains critical. Although his mobility is gradually improving, doctors have warned of future complications.

Couto revealed that the former Indian batsman has given up alcohol, but other concerns remain. Doctors are saying that the next stage could be brain stroke. He has stopped drinking, but sometimes when he goes downstairs he asks for cigarettes from passersby. They ask for cigarettes from auto drivers and the drivers happily give them, thinking that they are helping Vinod Kambli, but they do not know how much harm they are causing.

Kambli is getting better earlier

Despite these challenges, some good signs have also been found. Kambli is now able to walk more comfortably and has also started doing some professional work, which recently included shooting for an advertisement. He spends most of his time at home with his family and occasionally visits care centers in Thane, while regular medical checkups remain an important part of his routine.
