If Vaibhav had got a chance to play in this match, he would have become the youngest male cricketer to debut in international cricket for India.

Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar made his debut against Pakistan in the year 1989 at the age of 16 years and 205 days. Vaibhav Suryavanshi is only 15 years old, which means he still has a long time to break this unbroken record of Sachin. Even though he could not be a part of the playing-11 in the first match against Ireland, he will have a chance to break this record in the upcoming match of the series.

When the right time comes, they will also get a chance. At present we are going with three fast bowlers and one all-rounder.

After this, in the final of India-A Tri-Series played in Sri Lanka, he proved that he is ready to play in Team India by playing a stormy innings of 94 runs in just 29 balls against Sri Lanka-A.
