UP Home Guard Recruitment 2026: A big and relief news has come out for lakhs of youth preparing for government jobs in Uttar Pradesh. The exam dates of the Home Guard recruitment which was awaited for a long time have now been officially announced. A special thing this time is that for the first time the Home Guard Recruitment Examination is being organized by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB). According to the recruitment board, the Home Guard recruitment examination will be conducted for three days. Home Guard Recruitment Examination will be conducted for three days on 25, 26 and 27 April 2026 at different examination centres. This examination will be held in two shifts every day. In which the first shift is from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift is from 3 pm to 5 pm. Arrangements have been made in such a way that maximum number of candidates can get a chance to take the exam and everyone’s convenience can be taken care of.
Where will the exam be conducted
This recruitment examination will be conducted in a total of 74 districts of Uttar Pradesh. A large number of examination centers have been set up across the state. So that all the candidates can get a chance to take the exam in their nearest city.

How to download city intimation slip
Keeping in mind the convenience of the candidates, the Recruitment Board has issued the city intimation slip. Now candidates can see in which district or city their examination will be held.

When will I get the admit card?
Admit cards for Home Guard recruitment exam will be released online three days before the exam i.e. admit cards for 25th April exam will be available from 22nd April, for 26th April exam from 23rd April and for 27th April exam from 24th April.
