UP Board Result 2026: Devesh Kumar topper in high school and Himanshi Sharma topper in intermediate, result also improved

Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council released the results of high school and intermediate examinations on Thursday (April 23). ​The result of high school in the district was 93.49 percent and the result of intermediate examination was 86.51 percent. Apart from this, Gautam Buddha Nagar stood 8th in high school and 12th in intermediate in the state. However, this year the results of the district have improved. Last year, the district stood 31st in the state in high school and 14th in intermediate. At the same time, last year the result of high school was 93.49 percent and the result of intermediate was 85.62 percent.
How many children in the top-10?

15 students made it to the top-10 list in high school, which includes eight boys and seven girls. At the same time, the top-10 list of Intermediate was dominated by 13 students, out of which 11 are girls and two are boys. In high school, Devesh Kumar, a student of Seth Tularam Saraswati Vidya Mandir School, Jewar, became the topper by scoring 94.33 percent marks, while Himanshi Sharma of KCS Girls Inter College, Greater Noida won the intermediate by scoring 91.20 percent marks.

How were the high school-intermediate results?

A total of 42674 students appeared in the examination in high school and intermediate. In high school, 21587 out of 22774 students appeared for the examination, out of which 20181 students passed. In Intermediate, out of 20176 students, 19502 students appeared for the examination, out of which 16872 students passed.

In high school, Devesh Kumar of Seth Tulram Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Jewar stood first by securing 94.33 percent marks, Risika Kumari of SBS Inter College, Rosa Jalalpur stood second by securing 93.17 percent marks, Hari Om of SRS Inter College, Dharmapura Kheda village and Pawan Singh of Nagar Public School, Garhi Shahdara, Noida stood third by securing 93 percent marks. At the same time, Dalichand Sharma of Rabupura, Naitik Bhati of MD Gyandeep, Kaushal Kumar of SRS Inter College of Kheda Dharmapura village, Priya of Government Inter College, Hoshiarpur stood fourth by securing 92.83 percent marks, Shivani Gupta of Janta Inter College, Rosa Yakubpur stood fifth by securing 92.67 percent marks, Kishan of National SS Inter College of Sadarpur and Government Higher Secondary School of Chijarsi stood fourth. Hiresh Kumari of Secondary School secured sixth position by securing 92.33 percent marks.

Apart from this, Geet of IPSSS, Mandi Shyamnagar stood seventh by securing 92.17 per cent marks, Kanha Kaushik of Vidyadevi Inter College, Makanpur Khadar and Aditya of Anshu Public Inter College, Dadri stood eighth by securing 92 per cent marks, Tushar Yadav of SRS Inter College, Dharmapura Kheda stood ninth by securing 91.67 per cent marks and Kashish of Anandpur Jai Singh Public School stood seventh by securing 92.17 per cent marks. Got 10th position with 91.50 percent marks.

Himanshi Sharma of KCS Girls Inter College, Surajpur stood first by scoring 91.20 percent marks, Gaurangi of Mihir Bhoj Girls Inter College, Dadri stood second by scoring 89.60 percent marks, Gudiya Kumari of Dayawati Memorial Inter College, Dadri stood third by scoring 89 percent marks, Khushi of KCS Girls Inter College stood fourth by scoring 88.80 percent marks.

At the same time, Garima of CS Inter College, Akalpur and Sakshi Sharma of KCS Girls Inter College stood fifth by securing 88.60 percent marks, Yash of MB Inter College Dadri and Adarsh ​​Khari of SSV, Vaidpura stood sixth by securing 88.20 percent marks and Sonia of Adarsh ​​Inter College of Pyavali village stood seventh by securing 88 percent marks.
