Indian cricket team’s star player Tilak Verma is everywhere these days. Recently, Tilak was the captain of India in the triangular series on Sri Lanka tour. Under the captaincy of Tilak, India A team also became champion. As soon as he returned from Sri Lanka, Tilak Verma did not rest and immediately came on the field to play in the Telangana T20 League where he played an excellent century.

New Delhi: After making a splash in the triangular series on Sri Lanka tour, Tilak Verma did wonders as soon as he returned to India. Tilak Verma was the captain of India A in the triangular series and under his captaincy the Indian team became the champion. After coming from Sri Lanka, Tilak Verma did not rest, rather he came out on the field to play in the Telangana T20 League and in his debut match itself, he blasted the bowlers and scored a stormy century.
Tilak Verma played an unbeaten inning of 136 runs in 56 balls for his team Medak Falcons while chasing a huge run chase of 259 runs. Tilak Verma batted brilliantly in this innings and hit 14 fours and 7 sixes. This inning of Tilak came against Warangal Warriors. Apart from Tilak, wicketkeeper batsman Vikram Naik Guguloth also played an important inning of 27 runs for the team, while Shrunjit Reddy contributed 25 runs, Ravi Teja contributed 20 runs and Sai Varun Yerram contributed 19 runs. Due to the strong performance of these batsmen, Medak Falcons defeated Warangal Warriors by 3 wickets with 2 balls remaining.
Captain Aman had scored a century for Warangal.
Earlier, the Warangal Warriors team had also performed brilliantly. Warangal Warriors, batting first in the match, scored 258 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. While batting for Warangal, captain Aman Rao batted explosively and scored 142 runs in just 48 balls. Aman also hit 12 fours and 13 sixes in this innings.
Apart from Aman, Harshit Chaudhary also performed well while opening the innings for Warangal Warriors. Harshit scored 35 runs in 23 balls for the team, while Murugan Abhishek played an inning of 32 runs in 15 balls, due to which his team was able to score a huge score. However, Warangal Warriors were a complete flop in bowling due to which this big score could not be defended. In bowling for Warangal Warriors, Shaunak Kulkarni and Asif Mansuri took 2-2 wickets while Anirudh Srivastava and Murugan Abhishek took 1-1 wicket.
