New Delhi. In the more than 149-year-old history of Test cricket, captaincy is considered one of the most difficult jobs in the world. Making strategies for five days in white clothes, rotating the bowlers and maintaining the morale of the team in adverse circumstances is not within everyone's power. Graeme Smith of South Africa is the only captain in the history of Test cricket who captained in more than 100 Test matches (109). Smith, who took over the captaincy in 2003 at the age of just 22, not only played the most number of matches, but also made his team the number one Test team in the world with 53 wins. His winning percentage was 48.62, which shows the strength of his captaincy.

He led his national team in 80 tests. Although his number of wins (28) may seem less than other giants, but despite limited resources, he made New Zealand a very fighting team.
