Why is captaincy special?
Shreyas Iyer is the captain who has performed brilliantly in limited matches while captaining him in T20. His win percentage is around 75% which can be any captain’s dream. Shreyas captained Delhi Capitals 2018–2020 and took the team to the finals for the first time in 2020. Became the captain of Kolkata Knight Riders in 2024 and made the team champion. Shreyas’ specialty is that he remains calm even under pressure on the field, which gives stability to the team. Shows confidence in young players, which strengthens the future of the team. Bowling changes and field setting at the right time during the match are his strengths. He himself scores runs responsibly and sets an example as a captain. Create a positive atmosphere in the dressing room, which improves the performance of the team.
