Projects and Development India Limited (PDIL) has released the recruitment notification for 153 posts for its various offices and project sites across the country. Under this recruitment, appointments will be made to different posts of Graduate Engineer and Diploma Engineer. Interested candidates can apply online till 27 July 2026.
This recruitment will be completely on contract basis. The initial appointment will be for one year, which can be extended up to a maximum of three years depending on the performance of the candidate and the need of the company. Selected candidates can be posted at the company’s office or project site anywhere in the country.
On which posts will there be recruitment?
This recruitment drive includes the posts of Graduate Engineer Scale-1 to Scale-4 and Diploma Engineer Scale-1 to Scale-3. Maximum 70 vacancies are for Graduate Engineer Scale-2. Apart from this, 29 posts of Graduate Engineer Scale-1, 24 posts of Scale-3 and 7 posts of Scale-4 will be filled. There will be recruitment on 13 posts of Diploma Engineer Scale-1, 8 posts of Scale-2 and 2 posts of Scale-3.
How much salary will you get?
Candidates will get attractive monthly salary as per the post. Graduate Engineer will be given Rs 71,000 per month for Scale-4, Rs 63,000 for Scale-3, Rs 56,000 for Scale-2 and Rs 47,000 for Scale-1. Whereas diploma engineers will get a monthly salary of Rs 31,000 to Rs 40,000 as per the scale.
Who can apply?
In this recruitment, candidates from subjects like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Computer Science, Fire and Industrial Safety, Human Resource, Project Management, Material Management and Chemistry can apply.
The candidate must have a degree or diploma in the relevant subject from a recognized institute. A minimum of 60 percent marks has been fixed for general and OBC category candidates, while 55 percent marks have been fixed for SC and ST categories.
Age limit also as per post
The maximum age limit for different posts in recruitment has been fixed from 32 years to 43 years. Age and experience will be calculated as on June 30, 2026.

This is how the selection will be done
The recruitment process will be completed in two phases. First the online application will be screened. After this the eligible candidates will be called for personal interview. Interview information will be sent through email. The interview will be held at PDIL Bhawan, A-14, Sector-1, Noida. Eligible candidates will also be given Traveling Allowance (TA) as per company rules.

General and OBC category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 800, while for SC, ST and EWS categories the fee has been fixed at Rs 400.
