When did the results of 10th and 12th come?
Rajasthan Board 10th result was released on 24 March. Whereas, the 12th result was released on 31st March. The overall passing percentage in class 10th was 94.23%. In such a situation, the board has arranged supplementary examination for those students who have failed in one or two subjects or whose marks are less. Similarly, in 12th also, if you fail in one or two subjects, you can give supplementary. However, those who fail in three or more subjects may have to repeat the entire course again.
If numbers seem low then this option is best
First of all, check your result thoroughly. If you feel that there has been a mistake in the answer sheet or less marks have been given, then you can apply for re-checking i.e. scrutiny. This process starts a few days after the result, for which an online form has to be filled on the board's website. The fee for each subject is around Rs 300. In scrutiny, the board only checks the mistake of adding marks, unmatched marks or total marks. The entire copy is not checked again.
This is how you can give supplementary exam
If re-checking does not work and you have failed in one or two subjects, then the best option is to take supplementary examination. This exam usually takes place in July or August 2026. If you pass this, your entire year will be saved and you can take admission in the next class. For supplementary, one has to fill the form through the school or online, which is available on the website of the board.
This method is effective if you fail in many subjects.
Even if you have not been able to pass the main examination, there is no need to worry. Rajasthan State Open Board has been created for such children who have failed. Such children can continue their studies here and this also eliminates the fear of having a bad year.
