According to CRE Matrix, Ranbir Kapoor has purchased 4 plots. He has purchased these plots in Pune. The area of one of his plots is 21,400 square meters. Its price is Rs 3 crore 31 lakh 70 thousand. Ranbir has paid stamp duty of Rs 16 lakh 59 thousand 500 for this plot.
The area of the second plot is 29,900 square meters. Its price is Rs 4 crore 62 lakh 45 thousand. For this he has paid Rs 23 lakh 13 thousand stamp duty.
The area of the third plot is 43,800 square meters. Its price is Rs 7 crore 7 lakh 90 thousand. For this, Rs 35 lakh 40 thousand stamp duty has been paid.
The area of the fourth plot is 8900 square meters. Its price is Rs 1 crore 39 lakh 95 thousand. 7 lakh stamp duty has been paid for this. The total price of these four plots is Rs 16 crore 42 lakh.
