Rajesh Khanna is the only actor who had made the record of giving 17 consecutive hit films one after the other. Rajesh Khanna became the biggest star by giving 17 hits one after the other from 1969 to 1971. No one had done this feat before him, nor could anyone do it after him.

This record of Rajesh Khanna started with the 1969 film ‘Aradhana’. After this, he also gave successful films like Do Raaste, Bandhan, Doli, Ittefaq, Khamoshi, Safar, The Train, Kati Patang, Sacha Jhootha, Aan Milo Sajna, Mehboob Ki Mehndi, Anand, Maryada, Haathi Mere Saathi Andaz and Chhoti Bahu.
This great record of ‘Kaka’ has been unbroken for 55 years
This record, set in 1971, has not been broken by any other artist even in 2026, i.e. after 55 years. Although many actors have tried to break it. These include Rajesh Khanna’s son-in-law and superstar Akshay Kumar, who has given 12 consecutive hit films. Whereas Salman Khan has given 10 consecutive hit films. Rajesh Khanna died in 2012
Rajesh Khanna, who debuted with the film ‘Aakhri Khat’ in 1966, was fondly called ‘Kaka’ by the fans. During his time it was said, ‘Up Aka, Below Kaka’. Rajesh Khanna died on 18 July 2012. ‘Kaka’ breathed his last in Mumbai at the age of 69 and brought tears to the eyes of crores of fans.
