The wait of lakhs of students who appeared in the Re-NEET UG 2026 examination is finally over. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key of Re-NEET on 25th June. Now candidates can estimate their probable score by matching their answers. Also, if there is any objection regarding any question or answer, then a chance has been given to register it till June 28, 2026.
According to NTA, the provisional answer key of the re-NEET exam held on June 21 has been made available on the official website. Candidates can visit the website and download the answer key and match it with their response sheet. This will help students to estimate their probable marks before the result.
Register objection like this
If any candidate feels that the answer to any question has been given wrongly in the answer key, then he can lodge an objection on the same. For this, a fee of Rs 200 per question has been fixed. Candidates will also have to submit necessary documents in support of their claim. The team of subject experts constituted by NTA will review all the objections. If any objection is found correct, it will be included in the final answer key.

Extract probable score from response sheet
Students can calculate their estimated score by matching their response sheet and provisional answer key. In NEET, you get 4 marks for each correct answer, while 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. However, the final score and result will be decided on the basis of final answer key only.
Download answer key like this
First of all go to the official website of NEET neet.nta.nic.in. After this click on the link “Provisional Answer Key for NEET UG 2026”. The answer key will open on the screen, which can be downloaded and kept safe.
Result will come after final answer key
NTA will release the final answer key after reviewing all the objections received till June 28. After this the result of NEET UG 2026 will be declared. At present, the eyes of the students are fixed on the final answer key and result, because on the basis of these the process of admission in medical colleges will proceed.
