Mahant of Sankat Mochan Temple Prof. Giving information to ABP News, Vishambharnath Mishra said that after Hanuman Jayanti, a 6-day music festival will be organized at Sankat Mochan Temple from 6th April to 11th April. During this period, eight programs of traditional and cultural music have been scheduled on all days except 2 days. A total of 47 programs will be presented. There are 21 artists who will present their genre for the first time, 11 Padma Award winning artists will present their programs. This time we are providing more opportunities to new artists.
Muslim artists will also reach Hanuman ji's court
While giving information, Mahant said that music and art cannot be linked to any religion or caste. This time there will be about half a dozen Muslim artists who will perform at the Sankat Mochan Sangeet Samaroh. Apart from this, people of all sections including Hindus and Punjabis will participate in it. This event will be organized in the Sankat Mochan Temple premises only.
