ICAI CA Inter Results Out: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the result of CA Intermediate May 2026 examination. After the results are released, candidates can check them by visiting the official site. Let us know the easy steps by which you can check the result.
ICAI has said that all the candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their results by visiting the official website caresults.icai.org. For this, students will have to enter their registration number and roll number. As soon as the information is filled, their scorecard will appear on the screen, which the candidates can see.
This time, Shardul Shekhar Vichare, resident of Dombivli, Maharashtra, has achieved All India Rank 1 (AIR 1) in the entire country. Shardul has scored 531 marks out of total 600, i.e. he has scored 88.50 percent marks.

Who got second place
Whereas Abinav Satish stood second, who has secured AIR 2. He scored 530 marks out of 600 and his score was 88.33 percent. Tirtha Jain has secured the third place. He scored 519 marks, which is equal to 86.50 percent. This success of the top three rankers has once again proved that with hard work and dedication even a difficult exam like CA can be passed.

When was the exam?
CA Intermediate exam was held between May 5 to May 15, 2026. Group I exams were held on 5, 7 and 9 May, while Group II exams were held on 11, 13 and 15 May. This time too, students were given the facility to appear in the examination of one group or both groups as per their preparation. For more details, candidates can take help of the official website.
How to see results?
- Step 1: To check the result, first open the official website of ICAI icai.org or icai.nic.in.
- Step 2: After this, click on the link “CA Intermediate Result May 2026” on the homepage.
- Step 3: Candidates now enter their roll number and registration number.
- Step 4: After this the candidates click on the submit button given below.
- Step 5: After this your result will appear on the screen.
- Step 6: Finally download your scorecard and save it for further reference.
