The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has declared the result of CA Foundation May 2026 exam. Candidates who appeared in the examination can now check and download their scorecard online by visiting the official website.
This time CA Foundation exam was held on 14, 16, 18 and 20 May 2026. To check the result, candidates will need their roll number and registration number. After entering both the information, the scorecard will appear on the screen, which can be downloaded and kept safe for future.

Along with the results, ICAI has also released the list of toppers from across the country. This time Sakshi Jain of Nashik has performed brilliantly and achieved All India Rank (AIR) 1. Ayaan Abbas Ajani of Chandrapur stood second, while Radha Unmesh Mulay of Pune got AIR 3.

How many marks are required to pass?
Merely having good aggregate marks is not enough to pass the CA Foundation exam. ICAI has set clear rules for this. The candidate will have to score at least 40 percent marks in every subject. Along with this, it is also important to score 50 percent or more marks in all the papers taken together. If any one of these conditions is not fulfilled, the candidate will not be considered successful in the examination.

What’s in the scorecard?
The scorecard issued online will contain the name of the candidate, roll number, subject wise marks, total marks and pass or fail status. Therefore, after downloading the scorecard, check all the information carefully.
