‘I salute the spirit of the youth…’, Shabana Azmi gave a big statement after Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation.

Almost 36 days have passed since the protests by CJP and students. In this protest, their demand was that Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan should resign from his post. After about 36 days of protest, he has now resigned, due to which there is an atmosphere of happiness among the youth. Actress Shabana Azmi strongly supported him in this protest and also participated in the ‘Sansad Chalo’ march with him. Meanwhile, Shabana expressed happiness and praised the children.

Recently, in a conversation with PTI, Shabana said, ‘I am proud of the youth of our country. I really salute his spirit. He has shown us that our Constitution is our greatest strength. Now his statement is rapidly going viral on social media. When Shabana Azmi reached Jantar Mantar with the children, she also saw lathi charge and tear gas attack. He criticized this action of the police and expressed his displeasure. However, she could not go to the protest in Mumbai and shared a post explaining the reason for this.

She shared a photo of the protest and wrote, ‘I was going to participate in this protest, but I have contracted H1N1 swine flu. The doctors have kept me in isolation for 5 days. However, I am getting information from there and I support all of you. I took part in a movement for the first time and came to know how much importance a single voice has.

Dharmendra Pradhan had taken the responsibility

Let us tell you that this demonstration was done due to NEET exam paper leak and irregularities and a demand was made from the government to solve it. Now Dharmendra Pradhan said at the time of his resignation that ‘My aim was always to improve education and take responsibility for the future of the youth. After the NEET paper leak on May 3, the government ordered a CBI inquiry, canceled the exam and conducted it again. Also, it has been decided to take computer based test from next year.

He further said, ‘The most important thing for the government is to provide exams to 20 lakh children without any hassle and I had taken the responsibility for this from the very beginning. The NEET results declared on July 16 reflected the hard work of those hardworking students who studied wholeheartedly. However, it is sad that some people misled the students.
