New Delhi. At present only one film is being discussed in Bollywood. Dhurandhar was such a blast at the box office that it pulled everyone to the theater to watch this film. Indian team star Virat Kohli’s name has also been included in this list. He not only watched the film with his wife Anushka Sharma but also praised it openly on social media. When such a big legend has responded, how can a filmmaker be left behind? Aditya Dhar has reacted to the wonderful response received by Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma for his film ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’.

Aditya described the words of both as “extremely emotional” and deeply inspiring. When Virat Kohli hailed the film as a never-before-seen cinematic experience in India, Aditya Dhar wrote an emotional note, “Wow! Can’t believe this is really happening Virat, it means a lot to me. I’ve been your fan since your U-19 World Cup days.”

He further wrote, “It is a different feeling to see a once-in-a-generation legend showing love like this. The way you bring glory to the country every time, it inspires us too… We will also keep trying to raise the name of India through our films. Jai Hind.”

Aditya Dhar also responded to Anushka Sharma’s praise, in which he praised the nearly four-hour long story and the acting of the entire cast led by Ranveer Singh. Responding to her note, the director wrote, “It’s really emotional to get such a response from such a wonderful artiste. Thank you so much, Anushka. It inspires us to aim higher, to tell stories with integrity, heart and purpose… to create something that touches people’s hearts.”

Earlier, Virat Kohli had described ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ as an unmatched cinematic experience. He had said that he did not move even once during the nearly four-hour film and called Ranveer Singh’s acting “beyond brilliant”. Anushka Sharma also praised the idea and craft of the film. He described it as “exciting and immersive” and praised Aditya Dhar’s thinking and the acting of the cast.

Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh in the lead, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has proved to be a big hit at the box office. The film is getting tremendous response all over India and the dubbed versions are also being watched a lot. Many actors including R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun are seen in the film. The film has so far crossed the Rs 1,021 crore mark and is continuously performing well at the box office.
