If you were waiting for Group D government job in Haryana, then speed up your preparation now. Haryana Staff Selection Commission has started the application process for CET Group D Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates can now apply online. The last date to apply for this recruitment is 3rd July 2026, so instead of waiting for the last moment, it would be better to fill the form on time.
The application fee for this recruitment can be deposited till 6th July. At the same time, if any mistake is made while filling the form, then the candidates will also get a chance to correct it. The Commission will open the correction window from July 7 to July 9.
For most of the Group D posts, the candidate must have passed 10th from a recognized board. Also, one should have studied Hindi or Sanskrit subject till 10th. However, the eligibility for some posts like Sweeper, Chowkidar and Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar has been prescribed separately.
What should be the age limit?
The age of the applying candidate should be between 18 to 42 years as on the last date of application. Reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per rules.
This is how the selection will be done
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Common Eligibility Test (CET). The exam will be of 100 marks and the time given for it will be 1 hour 45 minutes. All questions will be compulsory. The examination will be offline (OMR based) and the question paper will be available in both Hindi and English languages.

How much fee will have to be paid?
Candidates who had previously applied for CET Group C (Advt. No. 1/2025) will not have to pay the fee again. Whereas candidates applying for the first time will have to deposit the fee online as per their category. The general fee will be Rs 1,000 or as per the rate decided by the government from time to time.
Keep these documents ready before application
While applying online for this recruitment, keep 10th mark sheet, identity card, passport size photo, signature, mobile number, email ID and other important documents ready. After completing the application, it is important to keep its printout safe with you.
