How will this recipe be made?
- Gram flour cheela: To make cheela, you have to take 1 cup gram flour, 1 cup finely chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric, red chilli, water, and oil. All these ingredients will be required. First of all, you have to mix all these spices and vegetables in gram flour, after that prepare a thin solution by adding it to water. After all this, heat the pan and add some oil on it. After heating, spread the batter and fry till it turns golden from both the sides and then serve, your Jila is ready.
- Healthy Sandwich: 2 slices brown or multigrain bread, 1 small cucumber (thin slices), 1 small tomato (thin slices), 1 small onion (optional), thin slices of capsicum, 2–3 tsp green chutney, black pepper powder, and a little salt. Now you have to apply a thin layer of green chutney on the bread. And keep all the vegetables one by one, after this sprinkle salt and black pepper as per taste and cover it with the second bread. If you want, lightly toast the sandwich on a pan or toaster for 2 to 3 minutes. If you want to make it more healthy, you can also add cheese, tofu or sprouts to it. This sandwich is easily prepared in a short time and along with taste, it also provides essential nutrients to the body.
- Poha: To make Poha, first wash the Poha and keep it for 5 minutes, now heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts, onion and green chillies in it, then add turmeric and salt, after this add Poha and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes, finally add lemon juice and green coriander, your tasty and healthy Poha is ready.
- Simile: To make upma, first of all fry the semolina till it becomes light golden, now heat some oil or ghee in the pan and fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and onions in it, then add water and salt as per taste and let it boil, after this slowly add semolina and stir continuously so that lumps do not form, cook for 3 to 4 minutes, your tasty and healthy upma is also ready.
- Chana Chaat: To make chana chaat, first take boiled gram or black gram, then add finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and green coriander to it, then add salt as per taste, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice and mix well, your delicious and healthy chana chaat is ready.
